How do Actors Play?

A theatre workshop for schools (Primary aged 8+) and Post Primary (all ages).

Theatre Lovett will bring you through the actor’s journey on stage: how to take hold of the moment you’re in, how to look forward to the moment coming next and, most importantly, how to look back – to the moments of play that children understand, and that adults can remember and learn from.

In this workshop we guide you to find your own unique style of performance – one that embraces the mischievous spirit of play.

“Having Theatre Lovett visit was an enriching experience for our pupils. Louis and Muireann enhanced the children's understanding and appreciation of theatre skills by providing their firsthand expertise in a thoroughly enjoyable and professional manner. Highly recommendable!”
St Joseph's NS, Culeens, County Sligo

Theatre Lovett offer a menu of workshops for both primary and post-primary students and class groups.
